My experience with E.S.A has been great from start to finish. I got my Mercedes a class, set a payment plan due to short notice they were more than happy to help us out. We picked the car up and since then no issues apart from a minor one which they have sorted straight away with no charge. AD has been very helpful and the staff are just really nice. If you are unsure don't be these guys will put you at ease.

I have had a very good experience with ESA Automotive. Very helpful and professional the whole buying process. Testing the car was a pleasure, without someone breathing in my ear. As I purchased the car through finance, they’ve really helped and supported me with good finance packages tailored to my needs. When I left the the showroom, I’ve had included 6 months warranty and 12 months breakdown cover. On top of that, I’ve noticed there was a trim missing on the rear door which was quite expensive even for a second hand and I’ve contacted Mo, explaining the situation, he offered to help me straight away, sending the money needed into my account.

Recently bought a car from ESA automotive and the level of customer service is incredible.Staff are really helpful and friendly. The car i purchased when having a test drive I wasn’t happy with how the clutch felt but loved the car, I mentioned this to them on return back to the show room, which they sorted without hesitation and had me a new clutch fitted no extra charge to make sure it was perfect for when i collected it.They even extended my warranty for peace of mind. A lot of car sales places out there just wanting to take peoples money these days…BUT these guys are NOT like that! On the day of collecting my car they even sat down filled all new log book form in online and sorted the TAX out for me so I could just drive away happy 😊 Thanks again ESA automotive 👍

They've got a good selection of cars with reasonable prices. I bought an Infiniti Q30 17 plate that looked like new, I asked them to change the tyres as they were close to limit and they did it immediately. The next day I noticed the air con wasn't cooling the car enough, they told me to get it sorted at my local garage and they paid the invoice. With older cars there's always the risk of having issues. They sorted the issue with no fuss, I'll be recommending them and I will check there first for my next car.

The car was pretty much as described, although the windscreen wipers were the wrong way around (an easy fix). Russell was a really friendly and approachable salesperson and had all the technical details to hand. Offered an extended warranty and knocked money off for a missing parcel shelf. Even though the brake pads and discs were an advisory, they went ahead and put brand new ones on the car for us. Finally, they looked after us by providing us with a warranty. I had a great experience buying my Citroën C4 from E.S.A AUTOMOTIVE.Kam the manager sorted everything out for me and was very friendly. As with most used car purchases there was a couple of things needed to be done like a broken nearside mirror and the spare key fob that didn't work. As I didn't quite notice these things until after I made the purchase I was sure that as with every other dealer I would have to pay to get the replacement mirror and also for the key fob but I was very pleased that Kam the manager had both these problems resolved at no extra cost to me.I thank Kam and all the staff at E.S.A For their help and support during and after this purchase. I would recommend them above any other used car dealers or dealerships.

I traveled 2 hours away and AD did not disappoint he let me know the minorest of details as he didn’t want me to be disappointed after a 2 hour drive which sets him apart from other dealers. This company is top notch. I have just had my new car delivered to my home and I am so pleased. I only spotted it online 4 days ago and now it’s sat on my drive. Kam and AD will look after you as best they can, I bought a Clio from them and it had some teething issues, which when your 190 miles from their garage can create issues in itself, and as it’s over Xmas, even more difficult, how ever the team were adamant they wanted everything to be right with the car, which I also wanted, it was one of those buggy awkward sensor issues that took some sorting, and they never gave up. The out come even meant some out of the box thinking. If you want to buy a car give them a chance, there’s always a deal and always a solution with the focus being customer satisfaction.

I came across a vehicle on auto trader and after reading their reviews on Google I was content in making an enquiry with them. Kelly was very helpful and knowledgeable she assisted me with my purchase up until driving away the car was prepared beautifully the customer service was excellent I can’t complain really happy with my purchase.

From start to finish, the service I received from ESA Automative was excellent. Friendly and professional, the team were very thorough in telling me everything about the car (including sending me a very detailed video of the car before I made the journey to Sheffield). They got involved with her, gave her chocolate, spoke to her let her play around with her baby.. I even forgot her drink so they got her one out of the fridge to have! I recently bought a Peugeot 108 from ESA automotive. The car was just as described on the website and in great condition. MOT was done on the car when it was put on sale, so there was no worries before buying. However They did everything to put my mind at rest. Send me a video walk round I delivered the car all the way from the showroom down south where I am. Buying a car can be stressful and in the past I've found that it can take long and you end up having to pay more than you first budgeted for. I walked into ESA expecting to haggle alot but the moment I walked through the door I was welcomed with absolutely amazing manners, offered a comfy seat and beverages. The staff were all polite and gave me time to think after each option. I was then shown several cars in my budget and asked to take my time when making the decision. Normally you expect car sales staff to be slightly pushy but I found myself relaxed and able to make a right decision for me. I ended up making a deal on the day and found myself an absolutely beautiful VW Golf with an amazing price and fantastic quality. The car was extremely well maintained. I was offered free advice on maintenance and offered to call back if I had any questions. I will 100% be sharing ESA and their lovely staff to family and friends.
